An outing to a the Greenfields Shooting Grounds for clay pigeon shooting around 30 minutes from Goodnestone Park can also be arranged for groups of a minimum of 8 people. Packages for this include all equipment, ear protectors and instructors.
Goodnestone Park can arrange for guests to enjoy an archery experience in the grounds of the estate, whether they would like to attempt Olympic target archery or return to the past with some Medieval Archery, there are various options available. Olympic archery is characterised by the round target faces used whilst a Medieval archery session will involve a longer shooting line with a shoot based on a Medieval training technique in which the targets are placed within a circle.
